For your convenience, if you would like to make a gift on behalf of 10 individuals or more, please send an email to danny@lifeservetennis.org with the names of those you are making a gift for and the corresponding donation amounts and mailing addresses.
Donation Amount
There is a minimum donation amount of $25. By making this gift, a card and a Life Serve Youth Foundation T-shirt will be mailed on your behalf and sent to the person of your choice.
